User Testing

  • Enjoys the second concept as it is more straight forward 

  • The interaction calendar in the first concept 

  • Doesn't really understand the purpose of the hamburger menu in both concepts 

  • Add permanent navigation for easy usability 

  • Would be desirable if the graph in both concepts are interactive

  • Simplify the overall information page with better hierarchy

  • Likes the overall motion and tasks of concept 2 

  • Enjoys the "Your Subs" section in concept 1, more interactive and reduce steps  

  • Prefer swiping motions in concept 1 than tapping motion in concept 2

  • Suggested that the hamburger menu would be more applicable for swiping motions, as you'll be swiping to move on the next category/ subcategory. 

  • Suggested that a summarize for trials would be interesting too, to tie in with overall aesthetics 

  • Pop up canceled button in trials is unnecessary

  • The graph is a bit confusing, should simplify 

  • Prefer concept 1 because the tapping motion makes sense for her

  • Swiping can be a bit overwhelming because information can disappear 

  • Prefer permanent navigation because its easier to locate 

  • Categorizing trials would be helpful  

  • Overall page, the monthly charge should be the main focus and then the next payment

Insights: 

  1. Navigation should be fixed so its easier to navigate 

  2. The calendar can pop up rather than having a page by itself

  3. What if someone has multiple bank accounts? 

  4. Transitions between pages should be dissolved rather than push up
